Five lines, one supply chain
Because the substrate, the coating and the tempering all happen in the same district, we can quote a finished part instead of a list of components. Pick the line you need.
Mirrors
Silver, aluminum and LED mirrors engineered to survive the sea freight.
Tempered Glass
Heat-treated safety glass, flat and bent, 3–19 mm.
Decorative Glass
Pattern, etch, lacquer and print — texture that also solves privacy.

02 — Process
What happens between your drawing and your container
Six steps, each with a person who signs off on it. Most quality problems in glass exports come from handoffs, not from machinery — so we keep the handoffs few.

Specification review
We read your drawing or schedule and come back with what is actually buildable, what is not, and where a small change saves cost. Nothing is cut until the tolerance sheet is signed.

Cutting & edge work
Automatic cutting lines for rectangular work, CNC for shapes and cut-outs. Edges are polished before tempering — after tempering the edge can no longer be touched.

Tempering & heat soak
Flat tempering up to 2440 × 6000 mm, bent tempering for radius work. Fragment test on every batch; heat-soak on request for glass that will hang overhead.

Coating, etching, printing
Low-E, reflective, lacquer, acid etch and UV print, colour-matched to your sample or to RAL / Pantone.

Inspection & labelling
Dimensional check, visual check under controlled light, then labels matched to your elevation or schedule numbers so the site team installs without sorting.

Export packing
Pearl wool between sheets, EPE foam at the edges, 5-ply carton, plywood crate with desiccant. Packing is designed for 40 days at sea, not for a warehouse shelf.

Cut, edge, drill, temper, coat and pack are one price and one invoice. No chasing five suppliers when a hole lands in the wrong place.
Packing is part of the product
Most claims on glass shipments are breakage and edge chipping in transit. We over-spec the packing for sea freight and photograph every crate before it closes.
English, Chinese and Vietnamese
Your technical questions get answered by someone who reads the drawing, not by a mailbox. Vietnamese-speaking sales for the Southeast Asia market.
Small runs are welcome
A 20GP mixed container of five different products is normal for us. You do not need to commit to a full container of one SKU to test the quality.

For buyers in Vietnam
Vietnam is our largest export market, and the pattern is consistent: aluminium and uPVC window factories need cut-to-size glass on a reliable schedule; interior contractors need mirrors and fluted glass in small mixed lots. Both are served from the same factory, with Vietnamese-speaking support and packing configured for the Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong lanes.
