A glass workshop in the middle of the largest glass cluster in northern China, built around one idea: the product is not finished until it is unpacked at the other end.
Where we are matters
Shahe produces and trades a large share of China’s flat glass. That density means the float substrate, the tempering line, the coating line, the mirror silvering bath and the export packer are all within a few kilometres of each other. For a buyer this is not trivia — it is why a mixed order of five different products can leave as one shipment instead of five.
One team owns the order
Your order is not passed between a trading desk and an unknown factory. The person who quotes your job also signs the inspection sheet and sees the loading photos. When something goes wrong — and in this industry something eventually does — you are talking to the person who can actually fix it.
We say no to what we cannot do
A 19 mm tempered panel with a 6 mm hole 3 mm from the edge will break — not sometimes, always. We would rather lose the order than ship glass that fails on site and costs you a crew, a deadline and a customer. Expect us to push back on a drawing before we quote it.

Cutting
Automatic line + CNC for shapes, cut-outs and notches. ± 0.5 mm.

Edging
Flat polish, arris, bevelled 15–40 mm, pencil round.

Tempering
Flat to 2440 × 6000 mm, bent to radius, 3–19 mm.

Coating
Hard and soft coat Low-E, reflective, lacquer, anti-fog film.

Mirror silvering
Silver and aluminum, double back coat, copper-free edge seal.

Insulating & laminating
IGU 6–20 mm cavity, PVB / SGP lamination 0.38–1.52 mm.
07
Printing & etching
UV digital print to 1440 dpi, acid etch 10–100% frost.

Export packing
Plywood crates, desiccant, per-crate photo record.
